  • Increased membership by 12% in six months by restructuring the Museum’s benefits and donor events to match industry standards
  • Overhauled the fundraising database to improve efficiency and provide reliable current and future income analysis

New York Theatre Workshop / 2004 – 2008

  • Directed all contributed income activities for this off-Broadway theater company
  • Increased contributed income from all sources by 35% over three fiscal years
  • Launched the theater’s Youth Education programs for high school students
